- Buyers list form: your name, email address, phone number, the types of property you buy, your price range, the areas you buy in, how you fund deals, any notes you add, and whether you checked the email and text consent box.
You can also contact us directly by email or phone. If you do, we receive whatever you choose to share.
How form submissions are handled
When you send a form, the submission is saved in our website’s database and sent to our team by email. We plan to also send form submissions to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Go High Level, so we can keep track of inquiries and follow up.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. These logs help keep the site running and secure.
The site also uses cookies that are needed for it to work, for example for security, page caching and form features. We don’t use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

Email and text messages
The buyers list form includes an optional checkbox to receive emails and text messages from Teilen Haus about opportunities. You don’t have to check it to join the list or to work with us.
If you agree, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To stop emails, reply and ask us to stop, or contact us. For help, contact us at info@teilenhaus.com or 719-286-0121.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers that help us send messages, only so they can provide that service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails by letting us know.
